Contents of the Collection The Milton W. Sherman Aviation Cartoon Collection contains thirty-nine aviation cartoons and comic strips published in 1935-1936 that depict notable aviators and aircraft of the 1920s-1930s. Nearly all of the cartoons and comics are from the "Hall of Fame of the Air" series.
