Jack Kerr was an aeronautical engineer for Curtiss-Wright Corporation in the late 1930s and early 1940s .The Jack Kerr Curtiss-Wright Corporation Slides is a collection comprised of 175 color slides depicting aircraft, people, activities, and facilities of the Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Buffalo, New York and Columbus, Ohio taken by Kerr circa 1937-1947.

The collection contains the World War I diary of John Hess Shuman (1896-1972), who served as a member of the ground crew for the U.S. Army Air Service.

The Paul A. Ludwig Military Aviation Photograph Collection contains 2382 photographic prints and negatives with a very small amount of textual materials collected by Paul A. Ludwig and ranging from the late 1910s through the early 1980s. The bulk and strength of the collection is photographs of World War II-era aircraft and squadrons. The collection is nearly all copy prints from a variety of institutions and dozens of private collections.
