Content Description The Pan Am First Moon Flights Club membership cards is a small collection consisting of two faux membership cards produced by Pan Am circa 1968-1971 for the "First Moon Flights" Club. One side of the card has room for a "member" to sign and has a pre-printed signature of James Montgomery, Vice President of Sales, along with an illustration of people in spacesuits walking on the Moon. Charles L. Soellner NASA Collection
Overview The Charles L. Soellner NASA Collection documents the space programs of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The documents date from 1959 to 1975. The bulk of the materials are photographs and photomechancial prints mass-produced by NASA. The visual documentation and ephemera related to manned spaceflight missions were collected and assembled together in scrapbooks by Soellner.
Douglas I. Tilden Lunar Roving Vehicle Collection
Abstract Douglas I. Tilden worked on the restoration of the Museum of Flight's Lunar Roving Vehicle. A crew of 18 volunteers worked on the restoration project from about 1993-1995. The materials in the collections were used for that restoration project.
