Series III. Air Shows and Events
The Air Shows and Events series contains posters and lithographs that advertise or commemorate special events such as air shows, exhibitions, races, and momentous flights. This series includes both Pacific Northwest local events, and global events. Examples of items in this series include posters from the Emerald City Flight Festival, the Japanese Paper Airplane Championship, and the Skagit Tulip Fly-in.

Series VII. Engines and Parts
This series consists of posters and lithographs that depict details portions of aircraft as wells as other aviation-related technology such as engines.
Series I. Aircraft
Series X. United States Military
This series contains posters depicting aviation-related topics pertaining to all branches of the United States Military. This includes the planes, missiles, bases, Naval vessels, airboarne warning and control systems (AWACS), The Blue Angels, and The Thunderbirds.
Depictions of planes that are from manufacturers, like Lockheed, that are not explicitly military can be found in the Aircraft series.
Series II. Airports and Travel
This series focuses on posters and lithographs that depict airports and hangars, as well as commemorative posters related to airports and travel.
Series VIII. Helicopters
This series includes material depicting textual or visual information about helicopters. This is a smaller series in the collection.
