Biographical Note
Douglas Corrigan (1907-1995) was an early American aviator. He earned the nickname "Wrong Way Corrigan" from an alleged navigational error that enabled him to complete an accidental (according to Corrigan) and unauthorized transatlantic flight in 1938.
