Glattenberg Aviation Photograph Collection is a collection of 2,525 35mm photographic slides and more than 2,500 digital images primarily of commercial aircraft taken by Glattenberg from roughly 1958-2002.The bulk of the collection consists of images depicting commercial airliners. Henry L. Reed was a Technical Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1942-1963. The collection contains negatives, slides, and photographs of various military aircraft taken by Reed during his service.

Scope and Contents

The Air Shows and Events series contains posters and lithographs that advertise or commemorate special events such as air shows, exhibitions, races, and momentous flights. This series includes both Pacific Northwest local events, and global events. Examples of items in this series include posters from the Emerald City Flight Festival, the Japanese Paper Airplane Championship, and the Skagit Tulip Fly-in.
