Roy Herbert Royal Air Force World War II Collection
The Roy Herbert Royal Air Force (RAF) World War II Collection is comprised of materials relating to Herbert's RAF service as part of the 103rd Squadron during World War II. The materials were likely gathered by Herbert and include military identification and records, black-and-white portraits of Roy Herbert, clippings and photocopies related to the 103rd Squadron and its members, and a lithograph of a Lancaster B.I, which was utilized by the 103rd Squadron during the Battle of Britain.
Walter Herlofson World War I Navy Collection
The collection contains photographs, blueprints, and religious materials relating to the naval service of Norwegian-American Walter Edwin Herlofson (1896-1975) during World War I. Herlofson, originally of Minnesota, later relocated with his family to Puyallup, Washington.
Earl J. Heroux Pan American Airlines Collection
David O. Hill Seaboard World Airlines Collection
David O. Hill (1939-) was a pilot for Seaboard World Airlines (SWA). Hill was also SWA's archivist and historian. The collection relates to the company history, personnel, and operations of Seaboard World Airlines (SWA), from its establishment in 1946 to 1980 when it merged with Flying Tigers Line and is comprised primarily of textual materials, the bulk of which are scrapbooks; but also includes photographic materials, including prints, slides, and negatives; and a single DVD.
John Hoagland World War II Photographs
The collection contains 2x3" photographs of military personnel, possibly from a fighter squadron, and aircraft, circa 1939-1945. The images do not include contextual information or captions. It is unknown if John Hoagland was the photographer or if he collected these images.
