Content Description
This small collections consists of four posters used by workers striking at the Boeing Company in Seattle, Washington, in September 2005. Two posters read: "Aerospace Machinists on Strike, Lodge 751 AFL-CIO, At Boeing." The other two posters read: "Machinists Union On Strike Against Boeing, ULP!, Unfair Labor Practices!, IAM&AW District Lodge 751, AFL-CIO."

Abstract
James D. Griffin was an engineer for McDonnell Douglas Corporation. The collection contains five hundred and ninety-six (596) photographs, likely collected and notated by Griffin, featuring primarily Douglas Aircraft Company airplanes manufactured during the 1910s-1970s but also, to a lesser extent, other manufacturer models; including Aero Spacelines, Boeing, Consolidated, and Northrop. There is also a small amount of clippings, newsletters, and articles.

The Esther (Hutchings) Hebrew Western Airlines Flight Attendant Collection consists of textual and visual materials gathered by Hebrew during her career as a stewardess for Western Airlines (WAL) in the late 1940s and early 1950s.
