This small collection is comprised of an 11x17" binder of technical drawings for the Curtiss C-46 Commando, dated 1943-1944. The binder cover is black with white text that reads: "Production Breakdown drawings - C-46 Airplane - Curtiss Wright Corporation - Airplane Division - Buffalo Plant." It also has "Germeglia" on the upper right corner, which is the last name of the donor. Any further connection to the content is unknown although it is possible Jim Germeglia was a Curtiss employee. ...

Abstract
David O. Hill (1939-) was a pilot for Seaboard World Airlines (SWA). Hill was also SWA's archivist and historian. The collection relates to the company history, personnel, and operations of Seaboard World Airlines (SWA), from its establishment in 1946 to 1980 when it merged with Flying Tigers Line and is comprised primarily of textual materials, the bulk of which are scrapbooks; but also includes photographic materials, including prints, slides, and negatives; and a single DVD.
