Content Description This small collections consists of four posters used by workers striking at the Boeing Company in Seattle, Washington, in September 2005. Two posters read: "Aerospace Machinists on Strike, Lodge 751 AFL-CIO, At Boeing." The other two posters read: "Machinists Union On Strike Against Boeing, ULP!, Unfair Labor Practices!, IAM&AW District Lodge 751, AFL-CIO."

Contents of the Collection The Clarence S. Howell Collection of Boeing SST Posters is comprised of five motivational screen prints and one cutaway poster all pertaining to the Boeing 2707 SST. Howell collected the items when he worked as a project manager at the Boeing Company, circa 1960s. Bold colors and wordplay slogans are present on each. Abstract Donald Viele was a Systems Engingeer with Boeing who worked with NASA on the Lunar Orbiter Program (1964-1967). This collection contains documents and photographs collected and authored by Viele during his time on the Lunar Orbiter team.

There is also some documentation relating to Viele's work with the Minuteman Missile program.
