William H. Dyche World War II Photograph Albums is a collection of six photograph albums with black-and-white photographs taken by aerial photographer William H. Dyche during World War II.
Images include scenic shots of the English countryside, castles, cathedrals and people as well as aerial photographs of England and France, including what appears to be D-Day. Aircraft are also featured, including the B-24, B-17, and P-38; in particular “Flak Bait” and “Mild & Bitter.” There is also an image of reconnaisance camera equipment and set-up in a B-24 and a large black-and-white photograph on posterboard depicting partial fuselage/noses of a line of Boeing B-29 at MacDill Air Force base.
