This small collection is comprised of assorted documents and pilot training materials acquired by José Sanches during his 1980-1988 United States Air Force service. The materials relate to the Boeing KC-135 and Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington (state). Biographical note: José Sanches

José Sanches was born in San Jose, California on October 21, 1958. He attended San Jose State University and obtained a Bachelor's in Aeronautics. Sanches served with the United States Air Force from 1980-1988 and spent time flying Boeing KC-135s. After his military service, Sanches joined Delta Airlines as a pilot. No further information is known.
