The Lisbeth Lally Pan Am Flight Attendant Collection contains a small amount of materials collected by Lally during her 1967 service as a flight attendant for Pan American Airways (PAA).

Materials include her May 2, 1967 PAA graduation certificate, including its original cover; an 8x10" black-and-white group portrait of the graduated stewardesses [Lally is in the 2nd row, 3rd from left]; a 1965 PAA stewardess recruitment brochure; and a newspaper ad recruiting stewardesses. It also includes an 8x10" black-and-white group portrait [Lally is 5th from left] and a newspaper clipping about the 1000th Transatlantic Crossing on July 2, 1967 from London to Detroit, Flight 57 by Capt. Emmert.

Biographical Note: Lisbeth Lally

Lisbeth (Andersson) Lally was born in Malmo, Sweden in March 1944. She attended high school and some college. Lally graduated from Pan American Airlines Stewardess training on 2 May 1967 and later flew with Delta until retiring in November 2008.
