The Gary Garofano Photograph Collection is a small collection of photographs and prints, circa 1972-1973, depicting Boeing SST mock-up landing gear (including the steering linkage, main strut, side strut, and uplock mechanism), SST concept art, Boeing 747, and the Minuteman Missile. Most of the images are in black-and-white although the Minuteman images are in color. There is no identifying information on the photographs.

Biographical Note: Gary Garofano

Gary Garofano was a mechanical engineer at the Boeing company from about 1966-1974. He worked on the 737 thruster systems, on the SST for about 4 years, then the Minuteman Missile System.
