Certified negative photostatic copy from the records of the U.S. Patent Office of the File Wrapper and Contents and Drawings as allowed in the matter of the Letters Patent of Glenn H. Curtiss Number 1,142,754 granted June 8, 1915 for Improvement in Flying-Boats. The copies are certified with U.S. Patent Office Form 2-390 signed by the Acting Commissioner of Patents with ribbon and seal and Department of Interior for 1-483 signed by the Assistant Secretary of Interior with ribbon and seal and with Department of State form signed by Robert Lansing on November 21, 1919 with ribbon and seal of the Department of State. The reverse of the State Department form is signed by the Italian Consul in Washington, D.C. on November 24, 1919. 134 pages.
