Two carbon copies of a “Notice of Special Meeting of Stockholders” quoting the text of resolutions increasing the capital stock and amending the certificate of incorporation that were approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held November 27, 1916. The stockholders are advised that a special meeting will be held on December 8, 1916. The notice is signed by Edward M. Hagar as President and Gordon Wilson as Secretary. One document is contained in an envelope addressed to Florence Wesley Cartier and the second is addressed to Henry E. Murphy (both in New York City) post marked November 27, 1916. 3 pages each.
