Scope and Contents

Signed copy of a stipulation filed September 17, 1931, in The United States District Court for the District of Delaware in Curtiss Assets Corporation v. Ford Motor Company, Equity No. 781. The parties stipulate that photostats of prints will be received in evidence as correctly illustrating the construction of airplanes 4AT-51 and 5-AT-C-S by Ford Motor Company. The stipulation includes a list of 20 drawings, photostats of the drawings, and two photographs of frame construction. The stipulation is signed by the lawyers for both the Plaintiff and Defendant. 2 pages plus back cover.

There is also a signed copy of a Notice to parties listing the patent claims on which the plaintiff will reply filed September 17, 1931. 2 pages plus back cover.
