Certified copy (2 pages) made March 12, 1919 of Deed from Lena P. Curtiss to Curtiss Motor Company dated January 18, 1913. The deed covers the same property covered by a mortgage made by the Marvel Motorcycle Company to Lena P. Curtiss on March 7, 1910. The original was signed by Lena P. Curtiss and notarized in San Diego on January 27, 1913 and recorded by the Clerk of the San Diego County Court on February 11, 1913 in Book 326 at page 275. Attached is a certificate of accuracy signed by the Clerk of the Court in Steuben County, New York on March 12, 1919 that bears the embossed seal of the county.
