Scope and Contents

“Map of Curtiss Motor Works, Addition to Hammondsport as Surveyed by H. G. Skinner, Jr., August 17 and 18, 1915." Red ink and pencil on white paper; 22x17". The map is also marked as “Survey Nichols-Curtiss Plat” with a red “22” in addition to "78-10". Scale is 1 in.=50 ft. The map contains lot numbers and dimensions. Document is folded with breaks along fold lines.

There is also a handwritten description (1 page) of Lots 1 and 2 of the addition surveyed by Skinner.

There is an additional map titled "Map of Lands of Curtiss Motor Company as surveyed in Hammondsport, New York, March 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th, 1919, J.W. Forse, George Keeler, & H.G. Skinner Jr." Red ink on cream paper; 17x21.5".
