Scope and Contents

Deed (full covenant) from Joseph C. Friedell and his wife Georgiana to the Curtiss Aeroplane and Motor Corporation dated April 17, 1917. The envelope contains a printed deed form signed by both Joseph C. and Georgiana Friedell and notarized on May 5, 1917. The deed was recorded in Steuben County on May 16, 1917 in Book 337 at page 306. The Corporation paid $1.00 for a parcel of land in the village of Hammondsport. The deed has been stamped in the upper right corner “DOCUMENT FILE No.78-7.” 2 pages.
