Deed (corporation) dated November 22, 1912, from Marvel Motorcycle Company to Lena Curtiss, granting a plot of land along the west line of what was “the Herring-Curtiss Company property.” The deed is signed by signed by Glenn Curtiss as President of the Marvel Motorcycle Company and bears the embossed seal of the company. The deed was notarized in Steuben County on November 22, 1912 and recorded December 2, 1912 in Book 326 at page 105. The deed has been stamped in the upper right corner “DOCUMENT FILE No.78-2.” 3 pages and back cover. Envelope also marked in orange as “96” and in red as “23”.
