“Deed (Warranty) Glenn H. & Lena P. Curtiss to Curtiss Motor Co., Dated December 19, 1911.” The envelope contains a printed Warranty Deed form dated December 19, 1911, from Glenn and Lena Curtiss to the Curtiss Motor Company conveying land in Hammondsport, signed by Glenn and Lena Curtiss. Mentions “same premises conveyed to Augustus M. Herring by Glenn H. Curtiss and wife by deed bearing date of March 15, 1909.” The deed was notarized in San Diego on December 19, 1911, and attached to it is certificate issued by the County Clerk of San Diego County and bearing the paper seal of the county attesting to the validity of the signatures. The deed was recorded in Steuben County on December 21, 1915, in Book 342 at page 122. The deed has been stamped in the upper right corner “DOCUMENT FILE No. 78-1.” 2 pages and back cover.
