Scope and Contents
Signed typed contract between the Curtiss Aeroplane Company and the Atlantic Trans-Oceanic Company for the "exclusive right to sell "Flying Boats, Aeroplanes, Hydroaeroplanes, Motors and other goods" in prescribed areas of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Provisions for sales, demonstrations, and repairs are outlined. A period of five years was set for the contract. A few handwritten notations in pencil are prsent throughout document. The document is marked "DOCUMENT FILE No. 107" and "62" in red pencil. The document is signed by Glenn H. Curtiss and Richard Ely. Six pages plus back cover.
