Biographical Note

Francis F. Bennett was a United States Army Air Force pilot during World War II. He was part of Class 43-J, Squadron 1 at Lemoore Army Air Field (California) and graduated from Marfa Army Air Forces Pilot School (Texas) with Class 43-I on October 10, 1943. During his World War II service, Bennett was assigned to the 305th Bombardment Group (Eighth Air Force) in England and flew Boeing B-17 Flying Fortresses. He obtained the rank of Captain. No further information is known.
