Scope Note: The Aerojet SD-2 Overseer was an unmanned aerial vehicle developed by Aerojet General in the late 1950s for use by the United States Army. Development of the SD-2 drone was begun in 1957 by the Rheem Manufacturing Company; in 1959, the company was acquired by Aerojet General, who continued work on the project.

The John Fornasero Papers are comprised of documents, photographs, newspaper clippings, and ephemera pertaining to the life and work of flight instructor, aviation inspector, and test pilot John B. Fornasero. A significant portion of this collection is made up of photographs.
