Abstract
The Elrey B. Jeppesen Papers documents the career and personal life of aviator and aerial navigation pioneer Elrey B. Jeppesen. This collection is comprised of textual, visual, and audiovisual materials created and collected by EBJ and his wife and business partner, Nadine Audrey (Liscomb) Jeppesen. The documents date from 1843-1996, with the bulk of the material dating from 1940-1979.

Contents of the Collection
The Stanley L. Marcus World War II Collection contains over 150 World War II survey and aeronautical maps, collected by Stanley L. Marcus during his service as a pilot in World War II. It is unknown if he collected the maps or if they were given to him. Most of the maps cover various areas of Great Britain, but other locations within Europe are also represented (see Index). Contents of the Collection
The collection contains a single navigational chart printed October 1944 and used by the United States Army Air Forces, 505th Bombardment Group during World War II. The top of the chart is printed as "AAF Special Plotting Chart, Chart No. S-501, Restricted." There are plotting notations done in pencil with various markings, presumably to aid the navigator. On the front of the chart is also a note that reads "Mission #22, Osaka, Japan, June 1, 1945, Crew 83-10, 505th Bomb Group." The front of...
