The Charles Hickling Collection is a small collection consisting of various identification and membership cards of Charles Hickling, a machinist at the Boeing Company during World War II.

Items in the collection include: a "Journeyman" folder with International Association of Machinists certification and dues stamps with a Boeing Aircraft Company employee identification card affixed inside cover; a "Helpers" folder with International Association of Machinists certification and dues stamps; a Civilian Protection Division enrollment card, 1943; a Boeing Aircraft Company pay rate card, 1940; two - War Manpower Commission training certificates; a Boeing Aircraft Company scooters and bicycles operator's permit card, 1944; two American Bowling Congress membership cards.
