Report for November 24, 1942. A Travel Air Model 4000 (Model 4) (NC-611H) owned by Burke Aviation Service crashed near Edmond, Oklahoma while on a training flight out of Wiley Post Airport (Oklahoma). The pilot, Charles A. Dorsey, and his student were both killed.
