Five (5) minor incident reports and one (1) Safety Bulletin from the Civil Aeronautics Board in Washington, D.C. Dated December 2, 1942.

Report for August 22, 1942. Two Piper J-3L Cubs (NC-30286 and NC-35893) collided in mid-air near Rockville, Maryland while on training flights. The pilot of NC-30286, Iley Sanford McCroskey, and his student were killed. The pilot of NC-35893, Arthur Klein, and his student were both unharmed.

Five (5) minor incident reports from the Civil Aeronautics Board in Washington, D.C. Dated December 5, 1942.

Report for July 2, 1942. A Hamilton Metalplane H-47 (Hornet) owned by Robert C. Reeve crashed near White Bluffs, Washington while on a ferry flight from Yakima, Washington to Spokane, Washington (after which he was due to proceed to Alaska). The pilot, Cyprus Harvey Richardson, was killed in the accident.

Four (4) minor incident reports from the Civil Aeronautics Board in Washington, D.C. Dated December 28, 1942.

Four (4) minor incident reports from the Civil Aeronautics Board in Washington, D.C. Dated December 30, 1942.

Report for March 2, 1942. A Douglas DC-2 operated by Transcontinental and Western Air crashed near Allentown, Pennsylvania while on a scheduled carrier flight from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to New York City (with intermediate stops). The pilot was Kalman J. Irwin. The pilot, his 2 crew members, and 2 passengers were not harmed in the incident.

Two (2) copies of a Safety Bulletin about taking off in snow from the Civil Aeronautics Board in Washington, D.C. Dated November 11, 1942.

Five (5) minor incident reports from the Civil Aeronautics Board in Washington, D.C. Dated November 9-13, 1942.
