Report for October 2, 1941. A Douglas DC-3 (NC-25691) operated by Pennsylvania-Central Airlines crashed near Morgantown, West Virginia while on a scheduled air carrier service from . The pilot, Russell J. Wright, his first officer, hostess and 15 of the passengers survived unharmed. 4 other passengers received minor injuries.
