Report for November 25, 1941. A Piper J-3 Cub (NC-38796) owned by Aviation Services, Inc. crashed into the Dry Dock Company in Newport News, Virginia. The pilot, Raymond E. Snow II, and an employee at the Dry Dock Company were killed in the accident.

Fifteen (15) minor incident reports from the Civil Aeronautics Board in Washington, D.C. Dated June, 1942.

Report for December 7, 1941. Two Piper J-3C Cubs (NC-35111 and NC-26950) owned by K-T Flying Service were shot down by unexpected enemy action while on a pleasure flight which had taken off from John Rodgers Airports, Honolulu, Territory of Hawaii. The pilots, Clyde Charles Brown and Henry C. Blackwell, were both killed, as were their 2 passengers.

Report for April 5, 1942. A Piper J-4A Coupe (NC-24791) and a Fairchild 24 (NC-18698) owned by Shady Rest Airport and Embry-Riddle Company crashed near Miami, Florida while on a pleasure flight and a training flight, respectively. The two pilots, Don K. Jones Jr. and William J. Britton, were killed along with Jones' 1 passenger and Britton's 2 passengers.
