Five (5) minor incident reports from the Civil Aeronautics Board in Washington, D.C. Dated May 25, 1942.

Report for June 21, 1941. A Douglas (DC-3) DST (Douglas Sleeper Transport) (NC-16001) operated by American Airlines crashed near Euless, Texas while on a scheduled carrier flight from Fort Worth, Texas to New York City. The pilot was William B. Hooton. None of the 3 crew members or 13 passengers were harmed.

Two (2) Safety Bulletins from the Civil Aeronautics Board. No date.
