Scope and Contents

One folder labeled "#5" containing 11 proxies for the meeting to be held on November 13, 1912. Each proxy contains the name of the stockholder and the name of the proxy authorized to vote upon all stock held and act fully on all business. There are proxies for Allan A. Ryan, E.J. Berwind, T.P. Shonts, August Belmont, Cornelius Vanderbilt, Frank Hedley, Morton F. Plant, Robert J. Collier, F.M. Alger, Russell A. Alger, John D. Lindsay, and one unidentified person. Each Proxy is signed by the stockholder and lists Andrew Freedmen and Pliny W. Williamson as the proxies. All of the Proxies include signatures of a witness. There is also a list of stockholders and the number of shares for each.
