Scope and Contents

A carbon copy of an undated and unsigned minute of a meeting at which the Financial Vice-President reported that he had opened an account for the Wright Company with the Guaranty Trust Company of New York and transferred funds into it from funds in the Equitable Trust Company. A motion was then passed approving the action. Another motion is passed authorizing the Winters National Bank of Dayton, Ohio, to make payments from the funds of the Company upon checks signed by A. A. Gaible, Superintendent, and countersigned by the President or Treasurer. 1 page.
