Scope and Contents

An unsigned carbon copy of a Certificate of Election of Directors that reports the results of an election of Directors at the meeting of stockholders on December 7, 1910. The Inspectors of election, in accordance with their oath (unsigned copy attached) to perform their duties with “strict impartiality,” report the names of the 15 people who were elected Directors, each receiving 4836 votes. The document was to be notarized in the County of New York but there are no signatures or dates. 3 pages.
