Certificate of Reduction of the Number of Directors of the Wright Company. The Unanimous Consent of Stockholders to reduce the number of Directors from 15 to 5. The document is signed by Orville Wright, Katharine Wright, and R.J. Collier on November 12, 1914. There is a certification dated November 24, 1914 that Robert J. Collier did execute the document signed by a New York County notary and a certification dated December 24, 1914 that Katharine and Orville Wright executed the document signed by a Montgomery County notary. There is also an unsigned deposition by Katharine Wright that she is the Secretary and Treasurer of the Wright Company and custodian of the stock book that shows all signers were holders of record of capital stock. This document was to have been signed in October, 1915. 4 pages plus one back cover.
