Scope and Contents

One folder labeled "#4" containing 9 proxies for the meeting to be held on December 7, 1910. Each proxy contains the name of the stockholder and the name of the proxy authorized to vote upon all stock held and act fully on all business. There are proxies for Henry Hooker, M. F. Plant, George A. Steves, August Belmont, T. P. Shonts, Cornelius Vanderbilt, Andrew Freedman, Robert J. Collier, and John D. Lindsay. Each Proxy is signed by the stockholder and lists Wilbur Wright as the proxy. All but one of the Proxies includes signatures of a witness.
