Letter, circa 1943. Discusses a Boeing plane crash in Seattle, attending special invited viewing of a film about aviation in the Pacific theater, formal inspections and reviews of the Seattle Air Defense Wing; forwards a letter (not included), presumably a commendation or promotion. Five (5) handwritten pages.
