The textual documents offer insight into Nadine’s career over the years, starting with her training prior to her employment with United Airlines. Included are her 1932 diploma for her Master Life Saving Degree from Nicholas Senn College of Swimming and her 1934 Registered Nursing license and certificate from the State of Nebraska. There are materials which represent her time as a stewardess with UAL, such as a passenger ticket and coupon book, postcards, decals, stewardess requirement checklist, articles about her working with UAL and her engagement with EBJ. In addition, there are photographs of Nadine in her flight attendant uniform hanging outside an aircraft door. There is one 16mm film, along with the videocassette transfer, of UAL's Boeing 247 publicity film footage titled, "Nadine's Airplane." Also included in the papers are correspondence, brochures, agendas, programs, clippings, and news releases related to when Nadine received the National Aeronautic Association's Katharine Wright Award in 1995 and when she was inducted into the Women in Aviation Pioneer Hall of Fame in 1996.

Nadine added a date range to each of the scrapbooks to outline timeframes within their life, but some of the materials fall outside the assigned dates. To better describe the materials dates created by Nadine are listed in the file title, and all other material dates have been captured and noted.
Subseries C. Eisenhower, on a personal level. The subseries is primarily comprised of textual documents, the bulk being correspondence, with included brochures, reports, clippings, articles, manuscript drafts, poems, invitations and programs for events. Mixed in the files are 126 black-and-white and color photographic prints, some of which are signed photographs by friends and well-known aviators that were sent to Jeppesen, as well as one negative, and three slides.

Also present are documents that illustrate Jeppesen's interests outside the field of aviation, such as being a member at various country clubs and an avid golfer.

Within these files are 13 photographic prints and 1 negative print corresponding to his identification records. It is important to note that in the collection are original examples of his early pilot’s licenses, dating to 1928, some of which are signed by Orville Wright.
Included among the documents is EBJ’s complete “Airman File” that brings together photocopies of his pilot licenses and certificates, airman identification cards, test reports, medical examiner statements, and correspondence. In addition, there are files containing Jeppesen’s physical examination records conducted by the United Airlines and the United States Army War Department.

The visual materials include 36 black-and-white and color photographic prints, four negatives, one 16mm film reel, lithographs and lithographic reproductions, blueprints, technical diagrams, photomechanical prints, cartoons, and maps. The textual documents are comprised of correspondence, clippings, articles, reports, manuscript drafts, biographical sketches, catalog, photocopies of pilot logbooks, brochures, order forms, and notes. While the material covers a wide range of topics that reflect EBJ’s interest there is a strong focus on aviation, such as early flight, the “Original Eight” flight attendants, the Wright Brothers, the history of the United States airmail, and United Airlines company history. In addition, there are technical diagrams of Boeing 80-A model aircraft and lithographic reproduction of paintings by aviation artist Robert E. Carlin.
While most of the materials are related to aviation there is a grouping of files titled, “Bits and Pieces of the World.” These files contain booklets, photocopies of maps and cartoons, correspondence, notes, clippings, articles, brochures, news releases, reports, poems, and flyers. Much of the material reflects on society in a humorous nature and illuminates EBJ’s outlook on the period in which he lived.

In addition, there are ephemera materials related to his interest in golf, such as score cards, brochures, postcards, and a placemat with the design of a golf course imprinted onto the surface of the paper.
