Contents of the Collection

From the Collection:

The Northwest Airlines Collection consists primarily of company personnel, promotional, and flight service materials produced by Northwest Airlines from 1975 to 2007. The collection contains textual, audiovisual and visual materials. Formats include videocassettes, an audiocassette, slides, and photographs. In addition, there are an assortment of promotional materials, some of which are posters that picture company aircraft and early company logos. There are documents related to personnel guidelines and an assortment of flight service ephemera like boarding passes, comment cards, and information packets. The materials have been grouped together by format and organized into two main series.

From the Collection:

Some materials are in Japanese, Korean, and Thai. All other materials are in English.

Conditions Governing Access

This collection is open for research and is accessible in the Dahlberg Research Center by appointment. The videocassettes and audiocassette have not been reformatted but can be viewed onsite in the reading room. For more information contact us.
