Series I. Horizon Air Subseries A. Administration Records documents McCaw’s activity as Vice President and Director of Operations and a member of the Board of Directors for Horizon Air. Included are:
- Board of Directors files with McCaw’s meeting notes, reports, correspondence, organizational planning documents and charts, consultant reports, company goals, and personal notes as a member of Horizon Air’s Board of Directors;
- correspondence files with McCaw’s correspondence related to broad company activity in the form of formal and informal memos, faxes, with company staff, department groups, managers, directors as well as outside vendors, suppliers, and professional contacts;
- employee and staffing files with rosters, station lists, meeting notes, employee newsletters, employee insurance, stock options, union cases, policy and procedure documents, handbooks;
- financial records with industry financing, stock information, financial reports, and compensation reports;
- insurance records with reports, renewals, certificates for personnel, equipment, and aircraft;
- planning files with planning notes, internal and external correspondence, Port relationship; and
- research files.
