Biographical Note

Dong Kingman (1911-2000) was a Chinese-American artist who was considered a watercolor master. Known for his urban and landscape paintings as well as his graphic design work in the Hollywood film industry, Kingman's work is represented in many galleries, including the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.
