Biographical Note: Maurice J. Longo

Maurice J. Longo worked as a fuel control engineer with Pratt & Whitney in the late twentieth century. He was based in both East Hartford, Connecticut and West Palm Beach, Florida. He worked with Grumman F-14 Tomcats and McDonnell-Douglas F-15 Eagles and with the TF30 engine. He had studied mechanical engineering at Penn State University, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in 1962. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on November 2, 1940 and died June 10, 2015.
