Biographical Note

Kenneth C. Kramer graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in mechanical engineering and held several patents in automatic flight control designs. Kramer also completed the management school at University of Southern California and served as President of the Society of Experimental Test Pilots. He was President of the Astronics Division of Lear Siegler, Inc., circa 1962-1968, and Vice President of LearAvia Corporation, circa 1968-1985. Other Lear company positions included Executive Vice-President for Lear Motors Corp. and Leareno Development. No further information is known.
