Biographical Note
Perry F. "P.F." or "Pop" Hotchkiss was born in either 1892 or 1893 (sources vary) in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a pilot during the 1930s. Hotchkiss died in an aircraft accident on March 3, 1938, leaving behind his wife Reba Joy (Gibbons) Hotchkiss.
