Biographical Note

Charles E. "Chuck" Blaine was born December 2, 1916. Blaine was a Boeing flight test engineer. He was killed in the crash of the Boeing B-29 prototype at the Frye Meat Packing Plant in Seattle, Washington on February 18, 1943.
