Historical Note
Wright Airlines, also seen as Wright Air Lines, was regional and commuter carrier based in Ohio from 1966 to 1984. In 1968 it acquired Tyme Airlines and merged with Air Commuter Airlines. Another merger occurred in 1983 with Aeromech Airlines, just prior to the airline's declaration of bankruptcy.
