Historical Note

Air Atlanta was a short-lived American airline based in Atlanta, Georgia, 1984-1987. The airline flew to over a dozen destinations as an independent carrier. It also operated as Air Atlanta Pan Am Express, connecting Pan Am passengers to and from Air Atlanta flights. The airline ceased operations in April 1987 with a perfect safety record.
