Historical Note

Latavio (Latvian Airlines) was a domestic passenger airline based in Riga International Airport (RIX), Riga, Latvia. It was founded in 1992, after emerging from Aeroflot. It ceased operations in 1996 and was succeeded by AirBaltic as the Latvian flag carrier.
