Historical Note

Austin Airways was a Canadian airline. Originally established in 1934 as Capreol and Austin Air Services, it offered passenger and freight services. At some point, the airline changed names to Austin Airways. In 1973 it merged with White River Air Service. The airline ceased operations in 1987 when it merged with Air Ontario.
